We keep this short on purpose. We collect what we need to build your boards and run the site, and nothing we cannot explain in a sentence. Here is the whole picture.
What we collect
The contact details you hand us: name, email, company, phone. The files you send for a quote or a build: BOMs, Gerbers, board designs. And basic traffic data from the site, like which pages get opened.
Why we have it
To quote your job, build your boards, and get back to you. The site data tells us what is working and what is broken. That is the whole list.
We do not sell it
Your information is not a product. We have never sold it, we are not going to, and there is no clause buried below that says otherwise.
Who else touches it
A few vendors help us run things: email, hosting, payments, analytics. Each one gets only what it needs to do its part, and they answer to the same standard we do.
How long we keep it
We hold your data while we are working together, plus a reasonable window after in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law makes us keep a copy.
