Security

You are trusting us with your hardware and your data. Here is how we look after both. This page is a starting point and we will add detail as we grow.

[01]

Your designs stay yours

We treat every BOM, file, and board you send us as confidential. We use them only to quote, review, manufacture, test, and ship your order.

[02]

Limited access

Only the people who need your data to do the work can see it. Access is reviewed and revoked when it is no longer needed.

[03]

Infrastructure

Our systems run on established cloud providers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we keep our software up to date.

[04]

The domestic option

When your program requires it, the whole build stays inside a US supply base we manage. Nothing offshore.

Automated DFM disclosure

Know where your design goes.

Our automated design-for-manufacturing review uses Anthropic to flag possible fabrication and assembly issues before quoting. You can request a manual review instead.

What is sent
The design files needed for review may include Gerbers, drill data, your BOM, placement data, and derived manufacturing context.
Who processes it
Anthropic processes the review request as our model provider. ProvenMetal remains responsible for the workflow and result.
Provider retention
Requests run in zero-retention mode. Anthropic does not retain the submitted design data after processing.

Need your files kept out of external model systems entirely? Contact us before upload and we will arrange manual DFM review.
